At Stern Pinball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-score style. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
